Located above the navel, the Solar Plexus chakra or Manipura is the third in your seven chakras. The Sanskrit name translates to “City of Jewels”. The Manipura chakra is associated with the will, personal power and energy. We will balance the Fire element with Kriyas, Pranayams and Meditations. 

A 5 week series on the Navel Chakra. Using the teachings of Kundalini Yoga to activate the Fire element, to cleanse the imbalances and strengthen your core will power center.
