Tuning in with the Adi Mantra, Pranayama, Mantra, Mudra, Bhandas, Meditation, 10 bodies, tantric numerology, White Tantric Yoga, Shabd Guru, Laya Yoga, Asana, Kriyas, Gong Meditations, etc.
This class will be for everyone, regardless of experience or ability. You can even sit in a chair if sitting on the ground is too difficult.
