Ajna Chakra or Third Eye

The Third Eye Chakra, located at the neck is called the Ajna, it is the sixth of your seven chakras. The Sanskrit name translates to “Command”. The Ajnachakra is associated with Intuition and the sense of knowing. We will strengthen the Third Eye and increase the intuition with Kriyas, Pranayams and Meditations.
